If you are unhappy with your purchase then any refund requests must be sent by email to email@example.com. Any refund requests raised through any other means will not be actioned.
Due to the immediate accessibility of our products we offer our members a generous 14 day full money back guarantee which starts on the day you purchased your product, however this right is waived if any ‘Done for you Chatbot templates’ are downloaded during this time. In this case you will not be entitled to any refund.
For those who have purchased the course using the subscription payment scheme you are also entitled to the same 14 day full money back guarantee (again, this right is waived if any ‘Done for you Chatbot templates’ are downloaded during this time). It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the direct debit is cancelled so that no future payments are taken after the date of your refund.
After the 14 day period has passed you will not be entitled to any refund but if you have any issues with your course please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a ticket via the help desk in your members area. We are always happy to support our members and want to ensure that you get the best out of the course.
For our subscription products such as Messenger Inner Circle and Messenger Bot Mastermind we will abide by the Consumer rights procedure of the UK, which entitle the consumer to a 14-day cooling off period, however this right is waived as soon as the product or service purchased has been streamed or downloaded.
For our LIVE events online / offline, unless stated otherwise the 14-day refund policy applies, as long as notice of the refund is given at least 30 days prior to start date of the event/workshop. Sadly this means that tickets or products purchased within 30-days of the event cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel and refund workshop attendees should we feel the workshop will not be right for them or their business.
